Gunmen storm into Mali hotel

Bamako, Nov 20 (IBNS) Gunmen stormed into a hotel in Mali capital Bamako on Friday, media reports said.
According to reports, the gunmen have taken 170 people as hostage.

"The Embassy is aware of an ongoing active shooter operation at the Radisson Hotel," the US Embassy here tweeted.

" The U.S. Embassy staff has been asked to shelter in place. All U.S. citizens should shelter in place," the Embassy said.

"Private U.S. citizens are encouraged to contact their families. Monitor local media for updates. US citizens should adhere to the instructions of local authorities and monitor local media," it said.
