Gas explosion at NE China coal mine
Harbin, Dec 14 (IBNS) A gas explosion at a coal mine in Jixi City in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has left at least 10 people trapped underground, media reports said on Sunday.
"Rescuers rushed to the site in Jidong County, according to a statement from the provincial production safety supervision and administration bureau," Xinhua reported.
The explosion reportedly occurred at around 10 a.m.
