Paris, Mar 3 (IBNS): French investigators have raided conservative presidential candidate Francoise Fillon's home in Paris over a fake job scandal, the BBC reported.

Though Fillon has dismissed any wrongdoing, the law enforcers are investigating him over an allegedly fake job given to his wife.

The politician, who is facing tremendous pressure to resign however said he will continue his campaign.

Fillon was a front-runner in the race until the scandal emerged, following which his rating has taken a hit.

His wife too is facing an investigation.
