Canada: Manhunt in Saskatchewan for 2 suspects continues after stabbing spree leaving 10 dead, 15 hospitalsed

Saskatchewan/IBNS: A dangerous person alert across Canada's Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba has been issued by RCMP following a stabbing spree early Sunday morning in 13 different locations.

Police have confirmed that 10 people are dead and at least 15 people have been hospitalized.

Rhonda Blackmore, commanding officer of the Saskatchewan RCMP was reported saying that there may be additional injured victims who transported themselves to various hospitals.

Damien Sanderson, 31, and Myles Sanderson, 30  are the two suspects who are likely hiding in Regina, said Regina police Chief Evan Bray and have reportedly been seen in a black Nissan Rogue with Saskatchewan license plate.

Damien is described as five feet seven inches tall and 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes while Myles is described as six feet and one inch tall and 240 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. 

At the news conference, Blackmore said the relationship between the suspects is still unclear. 

Regina residents have been asked by the police to take precautions and consider sheltering in place.
