Bangladesh: Another Abrar murder suspect arrested

Dhaka: Bangladesh police have arrested another key suspected in connection with the murder of BUET student  Abrar.

The arrested person was identified as ASM Nazmus Sadat.

He was arrested from Dinajpur.

Sadat, a student of 17th batch of BUET's mechanical engineering department, was caught in Birampur’s Katla Bazar area in the wee hours of Tuesday, DMP's Deputy Commissioner Masudur Rahman told bdnews24.

He had been on the run since Oct 6.

“Sadat was attempting to cross the border into India,” Masudur told the newsportal.

So far, police have arrested 20 people in connection with the murder.
