Afghanistan: Unknown gunmen kill three passengers in Ghor

Kabul, Nov 19 (IBNS): Unknown gunmen on Monday shot dead three passengers in Afghanistan's Ghor province, media reports said.

The gunmen left three others injured.

Intelligence director Syed Zia Hussaini told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place on Ghor-Herat highway in Maidan Khana area of Ferozkoh, the provincial capital, at 4am in the morning.

The gunmen opened fire at the vehicle which left three people dead.

The injured people were rushed to a hospital for treatment.

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
