Afghanistan: Suicide car bomb blast near Kabul airport, no casualty
Kabul, Jan 4 (IBNS): A suicide bomber detonated a vehicle packed with explosives in Afghanistan capital Kabul on Monday, media reports said.
The attack took place close to a police check post near Hamid Karzai International Airport here.
"The incident took place minutes later after a huge number of football fans had gathered in the area to welcome the national football team," Khaama Press reported.
No casualty has been reported so far.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
