Kabul, Apr 17 (IBNS): In a major move, the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces thwarted terrorists bid of detonating two improvised explosive devices in country's capital Kabul, media reports said on Wednesday.

As per Khaama Press report, the Kabul Police Headquarters in a statement said the improvised explosive devices were planted under a culvert and on a roadside in Syedan Burj-e-Surkh area of Chahar Asiab district of Kabul.

Police said the two bombs were found and detonated before they were detonated by suspected terrorists.

No terrorist group has commented on the issue so far.
