Afghanistan: Head of Taliban Kangaroo courts killed during airstrike

Kabul, Aug 26 (IBNS): The head of Taliban Kangaroo courts was killed during an airstrike conducted in Afghanistan's south-eastern Ghazni province, media reports said on Monday.

The Provincial Governor’s Office said in a statement that the security forces conducted an airstrike in Deh Yak district on Sunday, reported Khaama Press.

The deceased person was identified as Fateh Khan.

The statement further added that the airstrike killed Fateh Khan, the head of Kangaroo Courts of Taliban in Andar, Deh Yak and Geru districts, reported the news agency in its report.

The Taliban has not commented on the matter so far.
