Afghanistan: Five rockets hit Kabul city, 7 injured

Kabul, July 25 (IBNS): Five rockets hit Kabul city's Afshar area on Tuesday which left at least seven people injured, media reports said.

Hashmatullah Stanikzai, spokesman to 101 Asmayee Police Zone, told Pajhwok Afghan News that a rocket hit a house in Afshar area around 1pm today.

Four others rockets landed in the area later and left few others injured, reports said.

A resident of Afshar area who wished to go unnamed, told the Afghanistan-based news agency seven people were injured in the rocket strikes.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
