22 killed Afghanistan suicide attack

Jalalabad, Apr 18 (IBNS): A suicide attack in Afghanistan's Jalalabad city has killed at least 22 people on Saturday, media reports said.

More than 50 others have been injured in the incident.

Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal, spokesman for the police headquarters of Nangarhar told Khaama Press that the incident took place around 08:15 AM in front of a branch of Kabul bank  in Mukhaberat square.

The injured people have been rushed to nearby hospita.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
