ER to run midnight special trains on Kali Puja

Kolkata, Oct 28 (IBNS): Eastern Railway will run four pairs of midnight EMU special trains in different sections of Sealdah Division on the occasion of Kali Puja on the nights of Nov 10 and 11 to cope with the anticipated rush of passengers, an official statement said.
The trains will run on Sealdah – Dankuni, Sealdah – Barasat, Sealdah – Ranaghat and Baruipur – Sealdah (South) sections in both directions.
 
Moreover, in Sealdah division, on Nov 10, trains will service upto 14.00 hrs. 
 
The EMU services will follow as per Sunday schedule while after 14.00 hrs the trains will maintain weekday services having stoppages at all stations including flag and halt stations enroute.
 
In Howrah Division, Sunday services of EMU trains will be maintained up to 15.00 hrs and after 15.00 hrs all EMU locals will run like regular weekday trains on the same occasion, according to an Eastern Railway press release.
