With armed groups spreading in Central African Republic, UN expert urges action

New York, June 20(Just Earth News): The situation in the Central African Republic is “unsustainable,” an independent United Nations expert on Tuesday warned, urging the Government to stop the spread of armed groups and increasing human rights violations.

New York, Aug 19 (Just Earth News): Reporting that 650 children have been recruited into armed groups in South Sudan since January, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNCEF) called on Friday for an immediate end to recruitment and an unconditional release of all children by armed actors.
