Ontario roads safest in country, why drivers pay the highest premiums? asks new report

Toronto, Apr 20 (IBNS): A recent report by David Marshall, CEO of Workplace Safety and Insurance Board released on April 11, said Ontario drivers paid the highest premiums in the country even though the roads were considered safest in North America, media reports said.
