New York, Sept 16 (IBNS) Urging European countries to take action to alleviate the harsh and often deadly conditions migrants face on the high seas, the head of the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR) and Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie on Monday warned about the mounting crisis in the Mediterranean.
