The second edition of Shaadi by Marriott in the East was hosted  by The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, and JW Marriott Kolkata on Aug 10,2019.  This edition, envisioned to extend and continue the legacy of Shaadi by Marriott as well as bring it to the forefront; featured  Indian fashion designer Anita Dongre with her resplendent bridal collection. Kolkatans wowed as the models walked the ramp in her gorgeous wedding collections. Masaba Gupta premieres her first ever bridal collection in Kolkata

Fashion designer Masaba Gupta premiered her first ever bridal collection at Shaadi by Marriott, an event which was hosted at the JW Marriott Kolkata in the city on Saturday (Nov 24, 2018). A fashion presentation by the House of Masaba was organised in the city. Masaba's collection, which is ode to the modern bride, was presented in the format of a wedding that began with a Marwari Sangeet and culminated in a Bengali marriage. The fashion show was graced by model and Bengali actress Rukmini Maitra, who walked the ramp wearing Masaba's latest bridal collection. (Images by Avishek Mitra/IBNS)
