.BURLINGTON, April 2, 2020 (Xinhua) -- Workers construct a new modular structure on the grounds of Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Toronto, Canada, April 1, 2020. Called as the Pandemic Response Unit (PRU), Ontario provinces first temporary facility for COVID-19 patients is being built in Burlington and will provide an additional 93 beds. The number of COVID-19 cases has continued to rise in Canada. As of Wednesday afternoon, there were 9,560 confirmed cases, with 101 deaths, across the country.
