Mount Litera Zee School (MLZS), a network in private-unaided category of K12 schools, celebrated International Day of Yoga by practicing and creating awareness about yoga and its benefits. 2 MLZS in Kolkata (MLZS Maheshtala, MLZS Howrah) commemorated the memorable day by organising free yoga camps which were open to all students and parents of the region. Various yoga experts were driving the camp, educated participants on adopting yoga for physical and mental wellbeing.
