NEW DELHI, AUG 27 (UNI):- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in a group photograph at the launch of the DGNCC Mobile Training App for the benefit of National Cadet Corps cadets to help train themselves during COVID-19 times, in New Delhi on Thursday.
