Patna, June 15 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) president and Union Minister of State for Human Resources Development Upendra Kushwaha has described Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar as a “spent force” and asked the BJP not to waste time in wooing him.
