Kolkata/IBNS: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress (TMC) Wednesday said it was the first party to give 40 percent candidature to women in the Lok Sabha elections, reacting to the Congress' similar move in the upcoming state polls in Uttar Pradesh.
