New Delhi/IBNS: Slamming the transfer of the case related to 2018 Bhima-Koregaon violence which broke out between Dalits and Marathas to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday slammed the Centre saying anyone who opposes the agenda of hate of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah is termed as "urban naxal".
