New Delhi, Aug 2 (IBNS): Hindi-speaking UPSC aspirants protesting emphasis on English in the Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT) took their stir to the doorstep of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday morning but they were quickly cleared by the police.
