Guwahati/IBNS: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma distributed appointment letters to 884 TET qualified teachers on a regular and contractual basis in various categories under Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council in a programme held at Joysing Doloi Auditorium at Diphu on Friday.
