Chennai, June 12 (UNI) Accusing the Centre and its institutions of imposing  Hindi down our throats, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President MK Stalin on Monday demanded the immediate withdrawal of a circular issued by the New India Assurance and an apology from its Chairperson Neerja Kapur.
