Colombo, Jun 9 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who reached Sri Lanka on Sunday, paid homage to the deceased of the horrific Easter Sunday attack at one of the sites in  Kochchikade and said Sri Lanka will certainly "rise again".
