Guwahati, May 6 (IBNS): In a move to stimulate economic growth of the people of backward classes, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Saturday distributed tractors to self help groups belonging to plain tribe at a function held at Madhavdev International Auditorium at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra in Guwahati.
