Army Chief Rawat reviews security situation, visits Poonch, Rajouri sectors

Jammu, Aug 31 (UNI) Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat accompanied by Lt Gen Ranbir Singh, Army Commander, Northern Command on Saturday visited troops on the Line of Control to review prevailing situation and operational readiness of the units of White Knight Corps.

Srinagar, Aug 2 (IBNS): India and Pakistan troops exchanged fire along the  Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district and left one India civilian injured, media reports said.

Srinagar, May 14 (IBNS): Pakistan on Sunday resorted to ceasefire violation again with heavy firing and mortar shelling in Chiti Bakri in Chingus area of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri sector, media reports said.
