New Delhi, Sept 3 (IBNS): In the newly formed Council of Ministers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has chosen Nirmala Sitharaman as the new Defence Minister while Piyush Goyal will be the new Railways Minister after a Cabinet reshuffle on Sunday, which witnessed the induction of nine new faces.
