Patna, Sept 17 (The Bihar Post/IBNS): RJD president Lalu Prasad has set off a new debate in the country by describing Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar as his “first choice” for country’s top job while stating he had no idea as to if Rahul Gandhi was in the race.
