New Delhi, Mar 31 (IBNS) : The Tamil Nadu government on Saturday moved the Supreme Court filing a contempt petition against Cabinet Secretary P.K. Sinha and Union Water Resources Secretary U.P. Singh for not having formulated a scheme on  the Cauvery water issue within the court-stipulated period of six weeks, media reports said.
