Astana successfully promoted its cultural legacy, established connections with neighbouring countries, and improved its reputation abroad as a host. Kazakhstan consolidates its status as a vital cultural and diplomatic influencer in the region by using the Games platform to celebrate nomadic customs while also pushing its larger geopolitical objectives.
