Bengal govt challenges Calcutta HC stay against BJP MLAs in National Anthem disrespect case

Kolkata/IBNS/UNI: The West Bengal Government on Wednesday moved to a double bench of Calcutta High Court challenging its single bench order asking the Kolkata Police to refrain from any action against some opposition BJP legislators till January 17 for allegedly disrespecting the National Anthem in the state Assembly.
