Guwahati, Aug 1 (IBNS): From the family of the fifth President of India to retired Army officer, AIUDF MLA, BJP MLA’s wife, banned outfit ULFA-I leader’s wife are some among 40 lakh people, whose names didn’t feature in the complete draft of the updated National Register of Citizens (NRC), published on July 30.
