Hyderabad, Sept 25 (IBNS): Continuous heavy rains lashed several districts of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telengana where normal life has been thrown out of gear due to flood-like situation. Heavy downpour wreaked havoc in the low lying parts and stranded several people
