Mersal row: Freedom of expression for all, says Madras HC

Chennai, Oct 27 (IBNS): Dismissing the plea seeking cancellation of the censor certificate of a Tamil film, Mersal, for making a reference to the Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Madras High Court has upheld the freedom of expression of all people, media reports said.
