Guwahati, Apr 5 (UNI) Raking up influential Assam minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma’s alleged Sharada chit fund scam link, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi for failing to arrest him.
