New Delhi, Oct 3 (IBNS) : The Supreme Court on Monday fined Delhi's Health Minister Satyendra Jain Rs. 25,000 for failing to name the Government officials who he alleged were not cooperating with him on controlling chikungunya and dengue in the capital, reports said.
