Kolkata/UNI: West Bengal Power Minister Sovandeb Chattopadhyay has expressed serious concern after large section of the consumers in Kolkata and Howrah claimed that they were 'excessively charged' for power consumption by privately run Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC).
