Kanchanjungha train accident: Toll reaches nine, 30 injured

Kolkata/IBNS: The toll in the Kanchanjungha train accident in West Bengal's Darjeeling touched nine and the number of injuries peaked to 30 in the mishap which took place on Monday morning, media reports said.

New Delhi: Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw Wednesday announced that the much-awaited Delhi-Kolkata and Delhi-Mumbai railway corridors are likely to witness the completion of the anti-collision system KAVACH in the fiscal year 2024-2025, ANI reported.
