Domes of Kartarpur Sahib Gurudwara built by Pakistan fall after overnight rain within months of construction

Kartarpur (Pakistan)/IBNS: Within six months of renovation of Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib and its subsequent opening for the Indian pilgrims, mainly Sikhs, the poor quality of construction done by the Pakistani authorities has been exposed by overnight rain and strong winds as the domes fell down, prompting critics to call the Kartarpur exercise a political stunt for Prime Minister Imran Khan.

New Delhi/UNI: Indian sources on Wednesday said it does not see agreeing to the Kartarpur project with Pakistan- which will allow Sikh piligrms to travel to their religious shrine without visa- as a 'mistaken decision' and rather considers it to be a 'corridor of peace and an instrument to move ahead' in establishing a peaceful and harmonious relationship with Pakistan.

Manmohan Singh to visit Kartarpur on Pakistan's invite

New Delhi: Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Kartarpur in Pakistan on the occasion of the opening of the Kartarpur Corridor on Pakistan's invitation and following the request of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh, official sources said.
