Srinagar: A survey has shown that Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing a decline in unemployment rate since August 5, 2019, a significant year when the Indian government scrapped Article 370 and 35A.

 Jammu: Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Mehta Thursday asked the Labour and Employment Department to lower the unemployment rate in J&K.
