New Delhi: The Indian government has decided to grant e-emergency visas to over 100 Afghan Sikhs and Hindus on ‘priority' basis, a day after a gurdwara in Afghanistan capital Kabul was attacked by ISIS terrorists on Saturday, media reports said.
