Srinagar, May 28 (IBNS): Slamming Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh for his statement on Article 370, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday said that his comment has the potential to divide the state of Jammu and Kashmir on communal lines.
