New Delhi, Jan 31 (IBNS) : BJP candidate Krishna Middha surged ahead of Jannayak Janta Party's (JJP)  Digvijay Chautala by 15,000 votes, leaving Congress's heavyweight Randeep Singh Surjewala in the third spot in Haryana's Jind where a bypoll was held as the tend was emerging with the counting of result on Thursday.
