Indian pilgrims will have to carry passport to visit Kartarpur Gurdwara: MEA

New Delhi/IBNS: The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday clarified that Indian pilgrims visiting Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara in Pakistan's Punjab province will require a valid passport as per the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the two countries.

New Delhi/UNI: The much awaited Kartarpur Corridor will be inaugurated on November 9 and the first lot of pilgrims will visit Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara in Pakistan's Punjab province and pay obeisance.
