New Delhi/IBNS: Responding sharply to the Election Commission's reply on the Haryana assembly election, which it claimed to be 'flawless,' the Congress on Friday accused the poll body of attacking its leaders and threatened to take legal action to expunge such remarks if it continued to do so.
