Mangaluru/UNI: Taking a reverse turn over his order to pay a cash compensation of Rs 10 lakh each for the two victims of the police firing incident in Mangaluru, Karnataka Chief minister B S Yediyurappa said that there was no convention to pay ex-gratia to those who were facing criminal charges.
