New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi referred to the arrests of poet Majrooh Sultanpuri and actor Balraj Sahni and the ban on Dev Anand's films on Doordarshan during the Emergency period to attack the Congress over freedom of speech, media reports said.
