New Delhi, Jul 5 (IBNS) :   Hours after the Supreme Court ruled against the primacy of the Lieutenant Governor overs the Delhi Government, bureaucrats rejected an order issued by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on the ground that it is "legally incorrect," media reports said.
